In all cases Canale Travel Service   reserves the right to apply the following fees and service charges (PER PERSON) in addition to any fees imposed by the various travel operators and service providers, Canale Travel Service is also renumerated by way of commission paid by Tour operators/Wholesalers.

BOOKING CHARGES AND SERVICE FEES (In addition to operator charges)

Domestic Coach and Rail Reservations	$20.00 per ticket
Qantas Flight Reservations	$22.00 per flight
Jetstar Domestic Flight Reservations	$22.00 per flight
Virgin Blue Domestic Flight Reservations	$22.00 per flight
International Internet Flight Reservations performed by us.	$75.00 per flight
Airline Rewards Redemption - Domestic Flight Reservations	$55.00 per person
Airline Rewards Redemption - International  Flight Reservations	$100.00 per person
Late Booking Fee  (within 72 hours)	$33.00
Preparation of Detailed Itineraries  *May be credited towards your travel arrangements, upon acceptance of quote.	$150.00*

CANCELLATION FEES WHEN A REFUND IS APPLICABLE (in addition to operator charges)

* Domestic Flight Cancellation (refundable tickets only) 10% purchase price **
* International Flight Cancellation 10% purchase price **
* Fully Inclusive Package Holiday Cancellation 10% purchase price **
* Cruise Holiday Cancellation 10% purchase price **
* Cancellation of travel Insurance policy $ 50.00 (per policy)
 **OR $110 PER PERSON OR FULL DEPOSIT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER

AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING BOOKINGS (per amendment, in addition to operator charges)
* Domestic Coach and Rail Amendments $ 5.00 (per ticket)
* Domestic Flight Amendments not requiring a ticket reissue $ 11.00 (per person)
* Domestic Flight Amendments requiring a ticket to be reissued $ 22.00 (per person)
* International Flight Amendments not requiring a ticket reissue $ 11.00 ( per person)
* International Flight Amendments requiring a ticket to be reissued $ 55.00 (per person)
* Fully Inclusive confirmed package Holiday Amendments $ 55.00
* Cruise holiday amendments $ 55.00 ( per person)

RECONFIRMATION
* On all tickets not  issued by Canale Travel Service $ 50.00

VISA PROCESSING FEES (in addition to Consular charges)

CHEQUE PAYMENTS
* Only accepted when paid more than seven business days prior to departure. 

CREDIT CARD ADMINISTRATION CHARGES
If you choose to pay with your Credit Card, we reserve the right to apply the following charges:

* American Express and Diners Club International 3 %

REFUNDS
* Refunds are payable by cheque only, no cash refunds possible.
